RETURN POLICY

At the moment we operate on a strictly NON-REFUND POLICY. However, we offer an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY.

All exchanges must be requested within, 14 days after the products has been delivery.

Please be aware that the shipping costs will have to covered by the customer. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. The exchange will only take place once we have receive the items.

 

Additional exchange Guidelines

Products must be exchange unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with the hygienic protection. The products must not have any signs of vaginal discharge, period blood.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final sale cannot be exchange.

International exchanges are also accepted. The shipping costs and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If in any case you have received the wrong item or a faulty one ( although we aim for your purchase to run smoothly and with no mistakes) as humans we do recognised that sometimes happens. Please contact the customer service with a clear picture of the item.
